GATEWAY awards a Professional Diploma in Hospitality at NSQF Level 4.5, issued by Medhavi Skills University. This qualification is part of India’s national skills framework and is designed to combine practical training with academic progression.

Your Professional Diploma carries academic credits under the National Credit Framework (NCrF), stored in the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC). If you choose to pursue a degree later, higher education institutions may recognise these credits, subject to their own policies.

A psychometric test conducted through Emerge, Emversity's AI-led career counselling platform. This evaluates your personality traits, service orientation, adaptability, and suitability for international hospitality work.

Acceptance Letter
If you clear the assessments, you receive an Acceptance Letter jointly issued by the university (MSU) and the employer (Prism). This is your confirmation that both the academic institution and the employer have accepted you into the programme.
Why this matters: Most programmes give you an admission letter from a training institute. GATEWAY gives you a joint offer from a university AND an employer, before you pay a single rupee beyond the application.

Prism Offer Letter
Based on the conditional acceptance, Prism (OYO Group) issues a separate employer offer letter confirming your internship placement, covering India and international phases, stipend structure, food & accommodation, and visa sponsorship.

Fee Payment — Part 1: ₹3 Lakhs
Once you accept your offer, you pay ₹3,00,000 to confirm your enrolment. This covers your residential training at the Goa campus (Phase 1) and your India internship (Phase 2).
Education loans and EMI options are available.

Fee Payment — Part 2: ₹2 Lakhs
Before your international phase (Phase 3), you pay the remaining ₹2,00,000. This is timed right before visa processing and flight booking, so you only pay the second instalment when your international placement is confirmed and imminent.
You pay the remaining ₹2L only when your visa and flights are being processed.
