Conditional Offer Letter
If you clear the assessments, you receive a Conditional Offer Letter jointly issued by the university (MSU) and the employer (Prism). This is your confirmation that both the academic institution and the employer have accepted you into the programme.
Why this matters: Most programmes give you an admission letter from a training institute. GATEWAY gives you a joint offer from a university AND an employer ā€” before you pay a single rupee beyond the application.

Prism Offer Letter
Based on the conditional offer, Prism (OYO Group) issues a separate employer offer letter confirming your internship placement ā€” covering India and international phases, stipend structure, food & accommodation, and visa sponsorship.

Fee Payment ā€” Part 1: ā‚¹2.5 Lakhs
Once you accept both offer letters, you pay ā‚¹2,50,000 to confirm your enrolment. This covers your residential training at the Goa campus (Phase 1) and your India internship (Phase 2). Education loans and EMI options available.

Fee Payment ā€” Part 2: ā‚¹2.5 Lakhs
Before your international deployment (Phase 3), you pay the remaining ā‚¹2,50,000. This is timed right before visa processing and flight booking ā€” so you only pay the second instalment when your international placement is confirmed and imminent.
Split payment = reduced risk. You pay ā‚¹2.5L to start. You pay the remaining ā‚¹2.5L only when your visa and flights are being processed. Total: ā‚¹5,00,000.
