How We Work

Six Things That Are True Here

Concentration

We chose two verticals — healthcare and hospitality — and said no to everything else. Every quarter, someone suggests a third. Every quarter, the answer is the same. We'd rather be the best at two things than average at six.

Standards

Good enough isn't. We set the bar at "would you send your own child here?" — and then we raise it again.

Rigour

There is no substitute for the work. Building across 24 states in Tier 3 India means long hours, hard problems, and weekends when a batch needs you. The students we serve don't have a backup plan — that urgency is real.

Frugality

We serve families where the fee is a sacrifice, not a transaction. Every rupee we waste comes out of a parent's pocket. That cost discipline isn't a phase — it's a permanent competitive advantage. Even at a billion dollars, the fee stays where it is.

Simplicity

Our field teams run on four numbers a day. Our lead tags are one colour, one action. When a process needs a 40-slide deck to explain, the process is wrong. We build for a trainer in Vizag earning ₹25,000 a month — if she can't understand it in 30 seconds, we haven't simplified enough.

Craftiness

We've had two near-death moments in two years. Both times, the team found a way through — not by following a playbook, but by inventing one. Every tight spot is a possibility in disguise. If you need a manual to solve a problem, this isn't the right place.
