Centre of Future Skills
CFS is a targeted capability-enhancement model for nursing colleges and universities with existing nursing programmes. Emversity upgrades laboratory infrastructure to hospital-grade simulation standards, trains existing university faculty, and deploys industry trainers โ designed to help institutions meet applicable INC/NMMC skill-lab expectations.
CFS does not include admissions support, curriculum design, internships, or placements. It is a lab + trainer model only โ designed for institutions that already have strong academic programmes but need infrastructure and faculty capability upgradation.
Why this matters now: Nursing colleges that lack compliant simulation labs risk programme approval during INC/NMMC inspections. NCAHP is tightening oversight on lab facilities, clinical exposure, and faculty quality. CFS is designed to solve this specific compliance gap.
The CFS 3-Layer Solution
The Vice Chancellor has formally recommended Emversity as a preferred training partner for skill lab setup and upskilling across all private nursing colleges in the state. SPRINT is Emversity's lightweight embedded certification model for affiliated colleges. Emversity deploys an industry trainer to your campus for one compressed semester, delivers NSDC-certified skill training, arranges industry site visits for practical exposure, and provides placement assistance โ all without any lab setup or curriculum redesign.
