Emversity (Beyond Odds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is a private limited company. It is not a higher education institution or degree-awarding body under the University Grants Commission Act, 1956.
Emversity operates purely as an Industry Partner to UGC-recognised universities, limited to admission support services, industry linkages, and placement facilitation.
Emversity’s relationship with any university does not constitute, create, or imply a franchise, study centre, off-campus centre, or extension centre.
Emversity does not control any part of the university’s academic operations, including admissions decisions, curriculum delivery, examinations, assessment, evaluation, or award of degrees. These are managed solely by the university.
Internships, stipends, placements, and other outcomes facilitated by Emversity are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed. Final decisions rest with the respective employers.
The student’s legal and academic relationship is directly and exclusively with the university. Emversity is not liable to the student for any matter relating to admissions, academic operations, degree recognition, regulatory approvals, or professional registration. Emversity’s obligations are owed solely to the university under the applicable service agreement.
Fees are collected directly by the university in its own accounts. Emversity merely facilitates the process. Where Emversity collects any amount, it acts purely as a fee collection agent on behalf of the university, expressly authorised under the service agreement. The fee is booked directly by the university.
