All fees, including but not limited to registration fees, tuition fees, and late fees, are non-refundable. In the event that a student is dropped from a course due to reasons such as indiscipline, non-payment of fees, or non-attendance, any surplus fee held by Emversity will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Fees for supplementary materials, special access to platforms, or external certification exams are also non-refundable, except if specifically noted.
Full payment for course participation is required at the time of registration, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing by Emversity. For courses that include a trial period, the trial will only be accessible after the full payment has been made. During the trial period, students may request a refund, subject to the satisfaction of Emversity and the deduction of applicable charges, such as administrative and marketing expenses, as determined by Emversity. Once the trial period has ended, no refunds will be granted for any reason.
In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as the cancellation of a course by Emversity, students may be eligible for a refund. The specific refund terms for each course will be applicable in such cases.
To initiate a refund request, students must contact the Emversity student support team through the designated channels, such as the Emversity app or email. The refund request should include the student's full name, phone number, course details, batch information, and enrollment number. Upon receiving the refund request, the Emversity team will review it and respond within a few business days. Additional information or clarification may be required during this process.
If a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 45 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, and students must submit their bank account details and a written, signed declaration to Emversity. If a bank transfer is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with the student. The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances that led to the refund being issued.
Emversity makes every effort to ensure that all information provided is accurate and that students have attained the necessary competencies at the time of assessment. However, beyond this point, graduates are responsible for maintaining their acquired competencies and applying the knowledge and skills appropriately based on the unique characteristics of each application. Emversity is released from any liability, action, or claims of any nature in connection with or arising from any information, instruction, or advice given by any student or ex-student, regardless of whether course directions are followed. Courses, course notes, and materials are not to be sold, loaned, copied, or used in any way outside of the pursuit of studying the course by the enrolled student.
Emversity reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Students are responsible for periodically reviewing the Refund Policy for any updates. For specific details and further questions, please contact our student support team.
